Service Description
A hands-on workshop where you and your partner learn essential massage techniques, presence, and breathing exercises. Each session is customized to your specific needs, whether focusing on deep relaxation or sports recovery for active lifestyles. Each person receives a one hour massage from their partner and instructor working side by side. Included free with this session: a live PEMF demo with the OlyLife Vitality Wand or the Tera P90 and its attachments — no charge, no obligation. Ask when you arrive.
